Meet Our Pastor: Joshua Davis and Family
We are blessed to have Pastor Joshua Davis as the shepherd of The Cornerstone Wesleyan Nazarene Church. Pastor Davis has been in the preaching ministry for over 11 years. As a student at Penn View Bible Institute, he majored in Pastoral Theology and has a passion for proclaiming the truth of God’s Word. His sermons are both authentic and spiritually enriching, offering guidance and encouragement to those seeking a deeper relationship with Christ.
In addition to his pastoral calling, Pastor Davis brings a strong background in construction, which he has humbly used to enhance and maintain the church facilities. Whether in the pulpit or with a tool belt, he serves with dedication and a heart for the Lord.
Standing faithfully beside him is his wife, Shanda Davis, who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northwest Nazarene University. Shanda has been a steadfast support in the ministry, bringing wisdom, compassion, and encouragement to the church family.
The Davis family includes four wonderful children:
Brittney, a friendly and outgoing high school student who makes sure everyone feels included;
Macy, who is quiet and dependable, with a special love for babies—almost ready for high school herself;
Beniah, an energetic middle schooler who enjoys playing ball and staying active;
and Elsie, the youngest, who is just beginning school and already brightening every room with her joyful spirit.
The Davis family is a vital part of our church community, and we are grateful for their leadership, love, and example of living out the gospel together.
