Serving Together.
Growing in Faith.

Ministries rooted in Christ, led by faithful servants.

Family Worship

You’re warmly invited to join us for worship at Cornerstone. Our services follow a traditional format that centers our hearts on God and His Word. Together as a congregation, we sing hymns of praise, spend time in corporate prayer, and listen to special music offered by members of our church family. We also hear a message from our pastor rooted in Scripture and have the opportunity to give as part of our worship.

Our desire in every service is simple and sincere: to lift our hearts to the one true God, to praise His Name, and to share the good news of the Gospel. Each week we are reminded of the hope found in Jesus Christ and point all who come to the Cross, where forgiveness, grace, and salvation are freely offered.

Whether you are searching, curious, or looking for a church home, you are welcome to come worship with us.

World Missions

Ann Probst

Mission Band President

The Mission Department at Cornerstone Wesleyan Nazarene Church helps keep our congregation connected to the work God is doing beyond our local community. Through the leadership of our Missions Ambassador, the church stays informed about the ongoing mission efforts of our general church around the world. Each quarter, updates are shared with the congregation so we can learn about, pray for, and support the ministries taking place in other countries.

Our denomination is actively involved in mission work in Canada, India, and parts of Africa. From time to time, the General Superintendent visits these mission fields to encourage the workers and see firsthand how the ministry is growing. Occasionally, another pastor will accompany him on these visits, helping strengthen the connection between local churches and the global mission.

Through prayer, awareness, and support, our church family takes part in spreading the message of the gospel beyond our own community and into the wider world.

Updates provided quarterly.

AWANA

Tim Thrall

Awana Director

The vision and prayer of AWANA is that all children and youth throughout the world will come to know, love, and serve the Lord Jesus Christ.

Awana stands for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed
(2 Tim 2:16).

This verse underpins AWANA's goal to train children to know, love, and serve Jesus by hiding God's Word in their hearts. Our goal at church is to create an environment where kids can learn Scripture and Bible lessons in a safe and fun way. We emphasize verse memorization, and by the time a child completes their final verse, they will have learned and said over 300 verses.

Meet on Wednesday at 6:30 PM

The AWANA Schedule

Vacation Bible School

Every summer, we host a 5-day Vacation Bible School (VBS). VBS is structured for children and youth, ages 4-14. It’s a time for our youth to learn about God in a fun and engaging way: songs, stories, activities, and games.

Youth Group

Selah Heyer

Hey there! If we haven’t met yet, I’d love to introduce myself. My name is Selah Heyer, and I help lead the youth at Cornerstone.

You’re warmly invited to join us for our weekly youth group on Wednesday evenings at 7:30. Each week we spend time digging into God’s Word and talking about how it connects to real life. We build friendships, support each other, and have plenty of fun along the way.

If you’ve ever found yourself wondering things like, Is there a God? Why am I here? What am I supposed to do with my life? you’re not alone. These are the kinds of big questions we explore together.

Whether you’ve been to church your whole life or you’re just curious, you are absolutely welcome. We’d love to meet you and have you join us.

The Men’s Group is open to all men in the church. They gather each month for breakfast, fellowship, and a time of prayer together. Throughout the year, the men also come together for activities and events that build friendship, encouragement, and strong bonds of brotherhood.

This group seeks to encourage men to grow as Christ-centered leaders in their homes, church, and community. Together they challenge and support one another to model Christ in their daily lives and to lead their families with faith, integrity, and love, pointing others to Jesus Christ.
